At Casa Iktan, we use only the best quality of materials, which include melamine and MDF. Regarding the covers, we have technological laminates, natural stones and sintered or technological stone. We work with you to select the materials that best suit your preferences and needs.
Time varies depending on the complexity of the project, but on average, the design process takes us 7 business days, manufacturing 6 to 8 weeks, and assembly 1 to 3 days. However, more complex projects or projects with specific needs may require more time, as well as temporality.
Yes, in our showroom you will find examples of our work, we have an exhibition of kitchens and closets, as well as other ironwork furniture. We will be happy to give you a tour of our showroom. Book now!
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on our products and an additional warranty is offered by our suppliers and detailed in the contract. We are committed to guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers.
Our goal is for your design to be exactly what you imagined and we understand that each project has a certain degree of complexity or magnitude. That's why we design 3 types of projects that include different design hours. Quik 25 hours of design, Bright 36 hours of design and Prodigy 40 hours of design. Of which you can have access to 2 to 4 sessions (1 hour) of changes with the designer in real time.
We understand that changes may arise. To some extent, we can accommodate design modifications. However, significant changes can affect the time and cost of the project. Once the contract and design approval are signed, modifications can no longer be made.
We do not make adjustments or modifications to existing projects, since we cannot guarantee the same quality. We carry out projects.
Our quoting process begins with a meeting to discuss your needs and wants. Then, we request the project investment to proceed to go take measurements and work on the design proposal. With this information, we prepare a detailed and personalized quote that includes all associated costs.
Yes, we offer virtual design services and online consulting for clients who cannot visit our showroom in person. Through an online Meet, we can collaborate on the design of your project and offer remote advice.
